As the Senior Manager of Organic Social and Influencer, you will be responsible for supporting Associate Director(s) and Senior Director(s) in developing and executing social media and influencer strategies for clients. You will take a hands-on role in planning and overseeing the day-to-day execution of organic social media campaigns and influencer initiatives, ensuring that content is aligned with overall brand objectives, resonates with target audiences, and drives measurable engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to deliver fully integrated and results-oriented campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of organic social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring that all content is aligned with the client’s objectives and that deadlines are met.
Social Media Strategy: Work closely with senior team leaders to develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Influencer Marketing: Manage influencer campaigns, from identifying the right talent to negotiating contracts, overseeing content creation, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Content Creation + Planning: Contribute to content planning, working closely with creative teams to develop engaging and relevant content. Provide input on best practices for organic content across platforms and ensure that content is optimized for each platform.
Client Presentations + Reporting: Manage client presentations and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data and results.
Client + Team Relationship Management: Utilize your top tier communication skills to effectively grow and maintain relationships with clients and across agency teams.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to inform content strategies and keep clients ahead of the curve.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand strategy, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Innovation: Consistently bring new ideas and opportunities to the table, exploring creative ways to engage audiences and leverage emerging platforms.
Optimization: Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and influencer initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and content for maximum engagement and ROI.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and growth in social media and influencer marketing.
4-5 years of experience managing organic social media and influencer programs in an agency environment.
Hands-on experience with major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Experience managing influencer programs end-to-end, from identification and outreach to campaign execution and reporting.
Strong understanding of social media best practices across platforms, including content formats, audience engagement, and algorithms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
