Overview

Join Assembly’s Summer Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and have the opportunity to network within the Stagwell network of agencies. This is more than an internship—it’s your chance to kickstart your career in the marketing and advertising industry. 
 
As an intern, you’ll collaborate with our teams on meaningful client projects, attend exclusive workshops and speaker events, and participate in optional programs like Shark Tank-style competitions and career path mini-series. 
 
Our program is open to college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates who are eager to explore different facets of the marketing and advertising industry. 

 

Successful applicants must commit to the duration of the program from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026. They will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office at 1WTC and 2 days of remote work each week. The work hours will be from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design, development and management of global agency product development initiatives 

  • Analyze and interpret data to help execute on product implementation 

  • Help build and update project plans and sprint planning 

  • Develop documentation and communications collateral to support assigned products  

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and email communications alongside senior team members to gain exposure to various agency practices globally. 

  • Cross train with other paid media practices to better communicate feature requirements between business stakeholders and technical leads 

  • Participate in user story development and feature prioritization 

  • Help evolve our use of cutting edge AI technology to accelerate and advance product roadmap 

  • Assist with quality assurance checks for client product implementation. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.  

  • Rising Junior, Senior, or recent Grads 

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word.  

  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, etc) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $20/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
