Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Head of Product Marketing, North America to lead the go-to-market strategy for Assembly’s full suite of products and capabilities, spanning performance, brand, data, AI, search, and programmatic, etc. You’ll translate complex offerings into sharp market narratives, sales enablement tools, and breakthrough moments that accelerate growth across the U.S. and Canada. 

 

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and business development. You’ll partner closely with regional and global product leaders, client development, creative, PR, and the executive team to define how our solutions show up in the market and why they matter. You’ll own the North American product marketing roadmap and help position Assembly as a true partner for transformation, not just media execution. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and lead product marketing strategy across North America, aligned to business growth goals and commercial strategy 

  • Build differentiated positioning and value propositions for Assembly’s core products and capabilities  

  • Lead the development of messaging frameworks, product one-pagers, pitch narratives, and sales enablement tools that help the commercial team close business 

  • Work cross-functionally with product, client development, global marketing, and solutions teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how we take our products to market 

  • Support the launch of new products and enhancements with GTM strategies, internal toolkits, case studies, and customer-facing collateral 

  • Represent marketing in North America commercial and leadership forums, ensuring product stories are tied to client challenges, regional insights, and business impact 

  • Identify and scale success stories from clients that demonstrate the impact of our solutions, feeding case studies into PR, social, and content channels 

  • Stay close to market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to evolve our messaging and ensure it remains relevant and resonant 

  • Serve as a thought partner to the Global CMO on market strategy, product storytelling, and regional differentiation 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Responsibilities

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or integrated marketing at a media agency, tech platform, consulting firm, or similar B2B environment 
  • Deep understanding of media, marketing, martech, and data-driven solutions 
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex capabilities into compelling, digestible narratives 
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive pipeline growth, RFP success, and win rates 
  • Adept at working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations 
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution  
  • Clear communicator, strong presenter, and natural collaborator

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $180-210k USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
