This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and business development. You’ll partner closely with regional and global product leaders, client development, creative, PR, and the executive team to define how our solutions show up in the market and why they matter. You’ll own the North American product marketing roadmap and help position Assembly as a true partner for transformation, not just media execution.

Build differentiated positioning and value propositions for Assembly’s core products and capabilities
Lead the development of messaging frameworks, product one-pagers, pitch narratives, and sales enablement tools that help the commercial team close business
Work cross-functionally with product, client development, global marketing, and solutions teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how we take our products to market
Support the launch of new products and enhancements with GTM strategies, internal toolkits, case studies, and customer-facing collateral
Represent marketing in North America commercial and leadership forums, ensuring product stories are tied to client challenges, regional insights, and business impact
Identify and scale success stories from clients that demonstrate the impact of our solutions, feeding case studies into PR, social, and content channels
Stay close to market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to evolve our messaging and ensure it remains relevant and resonant
Serve as a thought partner to the Global CMO on market strategy, product storytelling, and regional differentiation
