Overview

Assembly is seeking a Coordinator, Affiliate Marketing who is energized by the evolving future of partnerships where Affiliate isn’t just a channel, but a full-funnel growth engine. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling Affiliate team where collaboration, innovation and strategic thinking are core to everything we do. 

 

This role will support the development and optimization of client Affiliate programs across industries with a focus on customer acquisition, partner growth and integrated program strategy. You’ll work closely with Associate Managers and Managers to help evolve how Affiliate connects to content, creator, commerce, loyalty, and media while supporting the practice’s operational excellence and client delivery. 

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across multiple Affiliate programs, from publisher management to tracking and campaign setup 

  • Collaborate with client teams to build, launch, and scale full-funnel affiliate strategies, integrating content, commerce and influencer partnerships 

  • Assist with client onboarding, including Affiliate network setup, partner discovery and campaign activation 

  • Manage affiliate communications including drafting newsletters, reviewing partner applications and supporting outreach for promotions and launches 

  • Monitor performance trends and help identify optimization opportunities 

  • Prepare and support performance reporting, insights and client presentations 

  • Stay on top of industry trends and share new partner/technology ideas with the team 

  • Contribute to building a best-in-class Affiliate team culture by being a true team player 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and a strong interest in Affiliate, digital partnerships or integrated media 

  • Familiarity with Affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize) preferred 

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and reporting tools (Google Analytics,Adobe, Measured) 

  • Exposure to digital media, content marketing or e-commerce environments 

  • Bonus: Basic HTML knowledge 

  • A detail-obsessed multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments 

  • Organized, accountable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit 

  • Curious, coachable and excited to grow in a future-focused Affiliate practice 

  • A proactive team player who brings creative ideas and a can-do attitude

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45,000-50,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
