Assembly is looking for an Associate Manager, Paid Search. This candidate must have paid search experience as well as knowledge on other aspects of digital marketing. Inclusive of, but not limited to, display, paid social, video, and mobile marketing. The Associate Manager, Paid Search should be articulate, analytical, and enthusiastic. This is a fast-paced environment in a growing company and an excellent opportunity for the right individual.
Effectively co-manage day-to-day client relationship(s), inclusive of educating clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends
Communicate with clients directly with minimal supervision
Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution
Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to: bidding, copy, positioning, etc.)
Analyze weekly campaign results, optimize programs, and execute client status reports
Manage vendor relationships and understand their roles in our client business
Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally
Work with cross-functional account teams including tech, creative, research, analytics and trafficking to see campaigns through to completion
Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more
Bachelor's Degree (Preference in Marketing, Data Analytics)
1-2 years paid search experience
Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.). Kenshoo and DS experience a plus
Mastery of all basic SEM Fundamentals
Complete understanding of bid management systems/practices
Mastery of Analytics Platforms (GA, Adobe)
AdWords Certification a plus
Ability to manage different personalities as well as the ability to exude confidence and expertise in client meetings
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Strong project management and analytics skills
Must have client facing experience
Deadline and detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
