Overview

Assembly is looking for a Coordinator, Video & Digital Partnerships team.​ This Coordinator, Video & Digital Partnerships position requires you to be highly resourceful with an attention to detail.​ We’re looking for people who want to further their career in digital marketing.  Our perfect candidate for this opening will be an enthusiastic, pro-active, detail-oriented, and hardworking young professional, able to build, execute, monitor and evolve client paid media campaigns by following agency and product best practices and using best in class tools and technology to measure, test, optimize, and recommend new ideas to management. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and management of full funnel video and digital direct campaigns  

  • Analyze campaign performance, providing reporting insight and optimization recommendations 

  • Work with internal specialty teams to traffic and set up campaigns for launch  

  • Coordinate with media partners gathering necessary campaign details and ensuring smooth activation 

  • Leverage research tools and resources to plan campaign tactics that adhere to client goals and target audience  

  • Collaborate with creative team and account managers to align messaging and targeting based on best practices and campaign objectives for new ad tests 

  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives 

  • Support your manager in preparing agendas and communicating weekly progress. Help to provide insights that highlight the story behind the data 

Qualifications

  • Interest in video and digital buying, paid media execution, and optimization – any hands-on experience (Internships, etc.) is a major plus 

  • Excellent time management and organization skills 

  • Analytical thinker who can recognize critical issues and focus attention accordingly as demonstrated through weekly performance analysis with ability to identify when in depth analysis is needed 

  • A resourceful self-starter with a very high work rate—able to get things done without constant input and support  

  • Works well both independently and collaboratively 

  • Enjoys exploring new territory 

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLookup formulas, etc. 

  • Positive and outgoing personality, with the professional demeanor and ability to relate well with team members, upper management, clients, and media partners

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45,000-50,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
