Assembly is looking for a Sr. Associate, Video & Digital Partnerships. The Sr. Associate, Video & Digital Partnerships role is a position accountable for working with their manager to oversee their assigned client’s video and digital direct campaigns inclusive of TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, and direct IO digital. The role will contribute to the day-to-day management and planning of client’s media services, assist in the building & presentation of performance reports and work with their manager to develop meaningful strategy based on the client’s goals. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a media planning background, campaign management skills and a solid track record of working with a team to meet a client’s full funnel goals. The ability to multi-task while under tight deadlines with team members from various disciplines is also required.
Analyze results and make optimization recommendations while media is live and use empirical data to improve results for the next buying cycles
Have a clear and technical knowledge of vendor’s strengths and weaknesses
Work closely with media partners to negotiate packages and offer the best value to clients
Assist in the presentation of complex concepts and metrics in a user-friendly way
Knowledge of overall media objectives and strategies that fulfill client business goals
Assist in the creation of all important plans and presentations
Showcase thought leadership and innovation while helping develop media plans and results
Demonstrate an understanding of products and associated available metrics, and advise how to use/integrate them with overall platform
Experience using comScore and 3rd party ad serving technologies (i.e., CM360)
1+ years digital or online advertising industry experience preferred
Managed/Self-Managed Programmatic experience
Proven ability to work with vendors to develop performance driven campaigns to meet client’s needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in Media Plan presentations
Ability to interpret performance data and articulate to client through detailed presentations
Diverse account background including some direct response and awareness
Experiencing in interactive planning preferred
1+ years (combined) experience with online media planning and web/media analytics and reporting
Ability to work with MS Office product suite including exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, Access a plus
The ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment and meet tight deadlines
Be a self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
