Overview

The Brand Experience Team sits at the intersection of data & insights, brand storytelling, and consumer experience. We are composed of the Social 360 Team (that's where you'll be!), Experience Design Team, and Integrated Experience Activation Team. We are media storytellers, creative disruptors, connectors of channels and consumer experiences, and crafters of big, bold ideas that aren’t confined to any one platform or screen. 

So, what do we do? We create big ideas grounded in consumer data and trends. We believe stories connect everything. These stories help brands drive relevance, meaning, and ultimately, growth. Our Brand Experience team brings these stories to life through integrated media activation strategies in close partnership with cross-channel leads, internal stakeholders, and, of course, our clients. The Social 360 team are the brilliant strategists who help bring those experiences to life on organic social channels for our clients. 

Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Organic Social and Influencer role is a position that is accountable for support and implementation of their assigned client’s Organic Social and Influencer campaigns. This role requires adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly and effectively, proactive problem-solving, strong communication skills, and strong time management capabilities. The ability to multi-task while under tight deadlines is also required. 

 

  • Social Media Content Creation + Execution: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), ensuring alignment with identified social strategies, client priorities, and brand voice. You will switch between client voices with ease to adapt content for different audiences. 
  • Influencer Identification + Execution: Execute and assist on influencer marketing initiatives for our clients, coordinating with the client lead on all program aspects from influencer identification and outreach to negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, content approvals, and delivering recap reports. 
  • Client Presentations + Reporting: Create organic social and influencer campaign performance reports and assist client lead to provide go-forward recommendations to clients. Create insights on what’s working, areas for improvement, and next steps to maximize impact. 
  • Trend Activation: Identify and act on emerging trends, social moments, and viral conversations, quickly integrating them into client strategies to keep brands relevant and engaged in the cultural conversation. 
  • Innovate + Push Boundaries: Constantly bring new ideas to the table, keeping clients at the forefront of the social media and influencer landscape. Experiment with new formats, platforms, and technologies to elevate brand storytelling. 

Required Skills

  • Experience in contributing to organic social media and influencer programs with a focus on insight-driven planning and performance. 
  • Proficiency across social media platforms (existing and emerging), including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn; Proven track record of managing programs/campaigns across these channels. 
  • 0-1 years of experience in the social media industry (agency experience is a plus). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate ideas. 
  • Ability to work with the MS Office product suite, with exceptional skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Social certifications valued but not required.

  • Brand & Storytelling Obsessed: You have a deep passion for brands and the stories they tell through social media and influencers. Do you analyze Instagram captions? Study TikTok trends? Notice clever partnerships between brands and influencers? If you geek out over these things, let's talk! 
  • A Social Fanatic: You understand how to speak the social media language that drives engagement and resonates with audiences. You're skilled at crafting content calendars, identifying influencer opportunities, and optimizing organic content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. 
  • Influencer Marketing Savvy: You know the power of influencers and how to leverage their reach to amplify brand messaging. You can pinpoint what makes a strong partnership that aligns with both brand goals and influencer audiences. 
  • Data-Driven: You don’t just post and hope for the best—you track performance and adjust strategies based on insights. You're comfortable using analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns, monitor influencer impact, and make informed recommendations to optimize future efforts. Experience with Social Listening is a plus! 
  • Collaborative & Team Oriented: As Coordinator of Organic Social + Influencer, you’ll work closely with Managers across the agency, including creative, brand, strategy, and client teams, to deliver cohesive campaigns. You thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas and feedback are provided freely. 
  • Curious & Trend Obsessed: You have a pulse on the latest social media trends and platform updates. You love experimenting with new content formats, staying ahead of algorithm changes, and finding ways to incorporate trending conversations into brand content. 
  • Results Driven: You are laser-focused on results and are always pushing for higher engagement, increased reach, and better ROI. You understand the importance of tracking KPIs and can translate data into actionable insights.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45,000-50,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
