Assembly is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and solutions-driven Director, Growth to lead critical efforts across our entire business development pipeline. Reporting directly to the EVP of Growth, this role will oversee their own pod within the Growth team and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and media leaders to drive breakthrough new business pursuits. This individual is both a business development strategist and a strong operational leader — someone who excels at translating client needs into compelling narratives, while ensuring flawless process execution and team enablement.
The ideal candidate brings a hybrid background in business development, strategic marketing, client service, and storytelling — with a passion for uncovering client challenges, architecting tailored solutions, and leading winning pursuits that drive agency growth.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $100,000-140,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
