Assembly is looking for a Coordinator on the National Video team who will be responsible for supporting the planning, negotiation, and execution of national video media buys across various platforms, including linear TV, digital video, and streaming services. This role works closely with internal teams and external media partners to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance. 

• Responsible for entry and managing client’s media schedules throughout duration of campaigns.
• Track bi-weekly update for delivery performance to ensure campaign success.
• Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting for client issue on a timely basis.
• Responsible for promptly coordinating with the AP team to clear client billing.
• Maintain client budgets and reconciliation process across all investments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors.
• Manage day-to-day vendor and client requests across accounts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word. 

• Excellent and communication skills.  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $50,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
