Overview

Assembly is looking for an Coordinator, Client Experience (Assistant Media Planner) in developing, executing, and monitoring media plans for assigned clientsYou will be responsible for gathering and organizing data required to develop strategy and media plans to deliver client work. 

Responsibilities

  • Builds rapport with key internal teams
  • Understands the importance of deadlines and works to ensure deadlines are met with continuous follow-up with manager
  • Supports Associate Manager/Project Manager in media plan development and makes necessary revisions to tactical media plans to ensure they are up to date.
  • Understands the role of each media channel and its contribution to marketing
  • Prompt communication between Finance and Activation for billing and reconciliation
  • Works in collaboration with Research Team on competitive reporting
  • Assists in researching media opportunities
  • Researches and contributes to POVs
  • Set up client in all planning and finance systems/tools 
  • Supports billing which includes monthly vendor invoice reconciliation; creating monthly client billing invoice packets; reviewing activation team buy entries for accuracy; monitoring client aging reports and requests late payment updates; investigating vendor inquiries due to late payment
  • Track project tasks and work closely with internal teams to manage processes efficiently 
  • Manage communication and delegation between off-shore and in-office team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail 
  • Solid research and analytical skills 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task 
  • Ability to work independently but also be a team player 
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients  
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills required 
  • Prior internships within media or agency a plus

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $50,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
