Overview

Assembly is looking for an Associate Manager, Local Activation who can handle a broad range of duties related to media activationEnthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and possesses a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and meet deadlines The candidate will be responsible for assisting all members of the Local Activation team. 

Responsibilities

  • Market specialist across TV, Radio, Cable negotiating best-in-class media schedules and promotions 
  • Provide support on other media channels like CTV, Digital Audio, and Print 
  • Maintain buy schedules, makegoods, and regular reporting on delivery 
  • Resolve billing discrepancies on a monthly cadence 
  • Provide POV to client on vendor proposals 

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of media activation experience 
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word  
  • Media Ocean/OX experience required
  • Detail oriented, highly organized 
  • Excellent time-management skills and multi-tasking 
  • Must be a fast-paced, self-starter as well as work in a group environment  
  • A positive attitude, enjoy collaborating with other team members, and openness to taking on new challenges

Compensation (Text Only)

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $51,000 - $72,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
